HSCSN Health and Family Support Programs 

As an HSCSN Enrollee, you and your child have access to free health and family support programs. These programs include fitness and nutrition classes, parent advocacy groups and health management programs for your child. Find the right program for you!

Healthy Living Program

Fitness and nutrition classes for parents and youth, age 16 and older.

Male Caregivers Advocacy Support Group

Join other men to share ideas, get advice, and learn from those who understand special health care needs. 

Parent Advocate Leaders Group

Champions for a change! A support group for parents to learn how to advocate on behalf of their children with special needs. 

Young Adult Support Group

Be your best advocate! Helping teens and young adults (14-26) transition into adult life.  

Youth Athletic Program

Team sports for children of all abilities.

Learn helpful information about body changes, health and wellness, and prenatal health care.
