Urgent Care

If you are having medical problems that are not an emergency, but you need help now, call your primary care provider or your care manager.  If you need help after 5:30 p.m., please contact our after-hours customer care services hotline at 202-467-2737.

If you are away from home and need emergency care:

  1. Go to the nearest emergency room.
  2. Present your HSCSN ID card.
  3. Notify your primary care provider.
  4. Contact your Care Manager within 24 hours.
