Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN) cares about making sure we provide you and your family with options to receive quality health services. In doing so, we are excited to show you our new HSCSN Wellness Center.
 

The Wellness Center provides a community of creating opportunities for you to take control of your health and well-being. Through our care coordination services, our new center offers you the very best in health and wellness resources.

Where is the Wellness Center?

The Wellness Center is located on the lower-level of the National Children’s Center (NCC) building at 3400 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20032. The entrance is at the back of the building.

What services can my child(ren) get at the Wellness Center?

The Wellness Center can help make sure you have access to:

  • Face-to-Face visits with your Care Manager
  • Childcare is available during our in-person programs that are hosted at the Wellness Center
  • A lactation room for new mothers
  • Help with completing resource assessments and government forms
  • Computer access for renewal, job applications, and general internet access
  • Free weekly wellness and support programs
  • Health educational workshops with community groups
  • Free transportation to all activities and programs

Can I visit the Wellness Center?

Absolutely! All HSCSN enrollees and caregivers can visit the Wellness Center at any time during our standard business hours. We are available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Is HSCSN hosting Health and Family Support Programs in-person?

Yes, all programs are now fully in-person! Come in to the Wellness Center to learn more or check out our calendar for more information.

Can I visit my Care Manager at the Wellness Center?

Yes. We encourage you to visit your Care Manager at the Wellness Center to access to the care you need. Please contact your Care Manager prior to visiting the center to ensure that they are available during your visit. HSCSN Customer Care service is also available at (202) 467-2737 or 1 (866) 937-4549.
