Your HSCSN Dental benefits are provided by Delta Dental. If you need a Primary Dental Provider (PDP) or would like to search for a new PDP:

• You can search by zip code or PDP name.
• You may also call Delta Dental's Customer Service line at (888) 258-8023, from Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm EST, excluding holidays.
