HSCSN offers several value-added benefits to our enrollees, including various health and family support programs. These benefits are part of our commitment to providing comprehensive care and support to enrollees and designed to enhance the well-being of our youth with special health care needs and their families.

HSCSN has a new Paid Caregiver Program to help you find a caregiver, someone your child knows, who can be trained as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide care for your child.

HSCSN can help enrollees sign up for summer camps. Enrollees qualify for summer camps from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

HSCSN would like to give our youth with disabilities access to certified fitness trainers who are experienced in working with individuals with developmental and other disabilities.
