  • Healthy Living Program, usually on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, has been canceled March 14 – March 31.

Can I still get Medical Care?
Yes. Your doctor’s office will contact you directly if they:

  • Change their hours.
  • Need to move your appointment.
  • Close the office.

If you have questions about an upcoming appointment, please call your doctor’s office. If you think you have COVID-19 or the flu, please call your doctor and tell your HSCSN Care Manager before visiting a healthcare facility.

Can I still get my medicine at the pharmacy?
Yes. You may also request an extra refill (30-day supply) of your medications from a retail pharmacy. This means you can “stock-up” to make sure you do not run out of your medication during the COVID-19 situation. Your prescription must be valid to use this optional benefit.

Can I have my medicine delivered to me?
Yes. You are eligible to get medicines through the CVS Caremark Mail Order Service. If you would like to switch to Mail Order, please call CVS Caremark Customer Care at 1-866-885-4944. You can also ask your doctor to fax a 90-day prescription directly to the Mail Order Pharmacy.
