Is HSCSN Open?
Yes. HSCSN is open and operating to make sure you have access to the care you need. HSCSN Customer Care service is available at (202) 467-2737 or 1 (866) 937-4549, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I visit your office?

What if I have questions about my benefits?

Can I visit the Family Community Development Wellness Center?
No. HSCSN’s Family Community Development Wellness Center, located at 3400 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE is open for staff only. We will be hosting some of our programs via telephone or video conferencing. Call Customer Care at 202- 467-2737 or visit our calendar of events for more information.

Can I still get Medical Care?
Yes. Your doctor’s office will contact you directly if they:

  • Change their hours.
  • Need to move your appointment.
  • Close the office.

If you have questions about an upcoming appointment, please call your doctor’s office. If you think you have COVID-19 or the flu, please call your doctor and tell your HSCSN Care Manager before visiting a healthcare facility.

Can I still get my medicine at the pharmacy?
Yes. You may also request an extra refill (30-day supply) of your medications from a retail pharmacy. This means you can “stock-up” to make sure you do not run out of your medication during the COVID-19 situation. Your prescription must be valid to use this optional benefit.

Can I have my medicine delivered to me?
Yes. You are eligible to get medicines through the CVS Caremark Mail Order Service. If you would like to switch to Mail Order, please call CVS Caremark Customer Care at 1-866-885-4944. You can also ask your doctor to fax a 90-day prescription directly to the Mail Order Pharmacy.

Will I still be able to reach Care Management?
Yes. A Care Manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contact Customer Care at (202) 467-2737 or 1 (866) 937-4549 to be connected to someone who can help you.
