Currently, HSCSN is in the process of selecting a new vendor to support the provider portal. In the interim, providers should contact HSCSN’s Customer Care Services regarding:
- Member Eligibility
- Claims Research
- Claims Submission
- Claims Status
- Claims Reconciliation
