Effective July 15th, Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN) will implement Optum Financial/Optum Pay as the check payment vendor for provider electronic funds transfer (EFT). The details to the provider letter can be found in this document.

Dental Benefits 

HSCSN has contracted with Delta Dental to provide dental services to all HSCSN enrollees. Dental providers must complete credentialing and execute a contract with Delta Dental in order to render services to HSCSN enrollees.

Dental providers must furnish covered services to HSCSN enrollees in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Medicaid statutes, CMS regulations, and Delta Dental’s contractual obligations, policies, and practices, as well as professionally recognized standards of dental health care.
