HSCSN wants to improve the health and quality of life for our enrollees. To do this, we maintain an active Quality and Performance Improvement Program (QPIP). QPIP helps us to monitor the quality of health care our enrollees receive.
Our goal is to make sure enrollees get care and services that are:
- High quality
- Easy to access
- Safe
- Appropriate
- Efficient.
We do this by:
- Maintaining an NCQA Complex Case Management accreditation
- Meeting or exceeding external quality review organizational requirements.
