Effective July 15th, Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN) will implement Optum Financial/Optum Pay as the check payment vendor for provider electronic funds transfer (EFT). The details to the provider letter can be found in this document.

HSCSN Recredentialing

The HSCSN credentialing process is repeated every three (3) years to verify that licenses and certifications remain current for each provider and that there are no adverse circumstances that would prevent continued participation with the plan.  HSCSN will only contact you if your CAQH information is outdated or you are denied due to missing or erroneous information during the re-credentialing process.

Medicaid requires that primary care providers contact HSCSN if their patient panel exceeds 2,000 Medicaid-eligible patients. You must notify HSCSN at least 30 days in advance of reaching maximum capacity.
