Neil Grammer is Executive Managing Member, Grammer & Associates and Member, Strategic Solutions Partners and provides accounting, audit and advisory services to hospitality, healthcare and non-profit organizations including Enterprise Risk Assessments. Internal Control Design and Testing, SOX Readiness Assessments, SOX Testing, Property Audits, Privacy Compliance Assessments and Fraud Investigations.
Mr. Grammer previously served as Senior Vice President of Audit, Compliance and Privacy for Aimbridge/Interstate Hotels and Resorts, the nation’s largest independent hotel management company. Mr. Grammer has over 20 years of internal controls, enterprise risk and compliance, public accounting and business process improvement experience with various companies including United Health Group, Marriott, Gannet and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Grammer currently serves as Finance Committee Chair for Grace Episcopal Day School in Kensington, MD. For several years, he was Treasurer and Finance Committee Member of the Collington Episcopal Life Care Community in Mitchellville, MD. He also served as Vice Chair of the Prince George’s United Way and was a member of the Rodney Slater Task Force for Ethics and Financial Operations for the United Way of National Capital Area. Mr. Grammer joined The HSC Health Care System Board in 2015 and is Chairman of the HSCSN Board.
