Karen Williamson is an independent consultant with KEW Consulting in Washington, DC. Her consulting practice offers business development, project management, marketing, writing/editing, and strategic planning services.
She has many years of experience working in the healthcare field and clients have included Centene Foundation for Quality Healthcare, Regional Primary Care Coalition, and the District of Columbia Healthy Communities Collaborative. She previously served as Chief, Policy and Programs of the DC Primary Care Association and held a number of positions with United Healthcare/AmeriChoice Health Services. She received an A.B. in economics from Wellesley College and an MBA in marketing from the University of Chicago.
