HSCSN Young Adult Support Group (YASG)

The Young Adult Support Group (YASG) is a space for teens and young adults aged 14 – 26 years old to learn about community resources and gain tools to learn how to make a smooth transition to adult life. Through tailored workshops and presentations, teens and young adults can learn more about themselves, gain more confidence to navigate the health care system, and transition to adult life.

 

Topic: My DC, Your DC Our DC – Members will encounter the Nation’s Capital as Self Advocates: Members will learn more about DC, the agencies that support people with disabilities and how they can get more involved.
