The Enrollee Community Advisory Committee (ECAC), previously known as the Community Services Advisory Council (CSAC), provides a formal method for Health Service for Children with Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN) enrollee's views to be incorporated into the organization's decision-making practices. The ECAC advises HSCSN's management of enrollee-centered approaches to support the health plan care-coordination model, which cultivates a culture of collaboration between the health plan and its enrollees.
