The Executive Assistant responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of the President, the HSCSN Board of Directors and the HSC Health Care System. Manages the executive office, providing support and analysis services.

Under the direction of the Senior Care Manager, the Care Manager (CM) is responsible for providing comprehensive care coordination services to members who are enrolled in the Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN) health plan.

Nurse Auditor Claims Payment

Utilize clinical expertise to plan, coordinate, conduct and report on pre and post-service claim audits to ensure accuracy of billed charges.

Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator

Days, Full-time

The Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assessing and assisting HSCSN members with disabilities and their caregivers with the application process to acquire Social Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Income-related benefits.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator assists the Manager of Marketing with departmental programming.  

Child Care Monitor

Hours May Vary, PRN

Child Care Monitor is a PRN position, with the primary function of monitoring children during childcare activities and to enhance the safety of all participants.

Child Care Provider

This position is located in a child development home setting in Health Services for Children With Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN), Department of Family and Community Development. Child development services provided will serve as a support effort to parents attending HSCSN meetings and programs.

Sr. Care Manager

Days, Full-time

The Senior Care Manager is responsible for the mentoring, training and supervision of care management staff and oversight of staff caseloads of members who have mild to complex medical and mental/behavioral health needs.

Policy Program Manager

Days, Full-time

The Policy Program Manager will be responsible for developing and leading HSCSN policy program. Responsibilities will include researching the code of federal regulations, district regulations, and HSCSN awarded contract to ensure the organization is compliant with all requirements of a Managed Care Organization.
